LDS Critics intentionally crush innocent members' faith with massive volumes of sensationalized videos that contain half-truths and misinformation so that unsuspecting victims feel betrayed by the Church. Then in an act of self-appointed heroism, the critic runs to the members' rescue with "compassionate" offers of help by pushing more videos ($), selling seminars ($), selling workshops ($), and selling one on one coaching ($). Through it all, critics exploit their new recruits for donations ($), and funnel a sizeable chunk of those donations into their own pockets. They sell vile products ($) to help cultivate contempt for the Church, and convince the member they are somehow better off with gut-wrenching lost faith, strained family relationships, and that the Church has caused it all by hiding information.
3) Sell impacted members expensive 1 on 1 coaching services, conferences and seminars to deal with their crisis.
4) Aggressively solicit impacted member for donations throughout the process
The top 6 LDS Critics have over 9,000 videos with over 466 MILLION views on YouTube alone. That doesn't account for views on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other Social Media Sites:
LDS critics claim it is the Church's publications, including the scriptures, that cause a faith crisis, but the data does not support that claim:
A video clip showing Critics providing misinformation by denying they are selling offensive material on their website. Then a demonstration of the offensive materials on their website. Credible?
Another example of misinformation. After showing real data that critics aggressively solicit donations, critics accused this website of soliciting donations. Neither this website or it's associated YouTube channel has ever solicited donations. Credible?
On Mormon Stories home page. When you "click here for support", instead of getting support, you are brought to a page that offers more negative videos to help deepen your faith crisis, get views, and solicit you for donations. Credible?
The home page of the Mormon Stories Website has 4 different solicitation buttons on the home page alone.
Critics' YouTube channels actively solicit you for donations, showing fundraisers on nearly every video:
This video demonstrates the vile products many LDS critics are selling on their websites and social media channels. These products spread hate and bigotry against not just the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but all Christians, and even non-Christians who believe in God. Any person who has any respect at all for their fellow man would be compelled to condemn this behavior as inappropriate.
In the words of Neal A. Maxwell, "Studying the church through the eyes of its defectors is like interviewing Judas to understand Jesus."
